Weeknix Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Weeknix. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Weeknix website, workspace platform, APIs, and any related services.

Weeknix is operated by Voice Decline Ltd.

By accessing or using Weeknix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of Weeknix, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Weeknix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Workspace Content

Users retain ownership of all content they create or upload within Weeknix workspaces, including:

  • tasks
  • descriptions
  • attachments
  • comments
  • documents

By uploading content to Weeknix, you grant Weeknix a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to upload any content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Weeknix to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Disrupt or interfere with platform functionality
  • Use the service for fraudulent or abusive purposes

Weeknix may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. User-Generated Content Standards

Weeknix includes shared workspaces, chat, and task updates created by our users. All user-generated content must comply with the acceptable use rules above as well as the following moderation practices:

  • We employ keyword filtering and auditing to hide or mark content that appears to violate the community standards. Hidden messages can only be revealed to review them before deciding whether to flag them.
  • Every message includes controls to flag abusive or objectionable content. Flagging immediately notifies the Weeknix developer, and that content is removed from your feed in real time.
  • Blocking another workspace member removes their posts from your view instantly, files a report with the developer, and triggers our 24-hour review process to eject repeat offenders.
  • The Weeknix team aims to act on every report within 24 hours by removing the offending content and, when necessary, suspending or ejecting the accountable account.

By using Weeknix chat, task comments, or updates you agree to abide by these standards and to cooperate with any requests to review or revise your content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Weeknix may require a paid subscription.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Payments will be processed through approved payment providers.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice.
  • Refund policies may vary depending on subscription plans.

7. Availability of Service

Weeknix aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

  • update the platform
  • modify features
  • perform maintenance
  • suspend services temporarily

to improve performance and security.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Weeknix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Weeknix implements reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and platform features of Weeknix are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • copy
  • reverse engineer
  • distribute
  • modify

any part of the Weeknix platform without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weeknix shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • data loss
  • business interruption
  • lost profits

arising from the use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

Weeknix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms.

Users may also close their accounts at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

Weeknix may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
